Section 29A. Appointment of Chief Syariah Enforcement Officer and Syariah Enforcement Officers.
The Majlis may appoint the Pengarah Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam Perlis as the Chief Syariah Enforcement Officer and such other officers from the Jabatan Hal Ehwal Agama Islam Perlis as Syariah Enforcement Officers to carry out investigation under this Enactment.
