Hendaklah dimasukan di dalam Enakmen Utama selepas sahaja seksyen 155 satu seksyen baharu 155A seperti berikut-

"Section 155A. Powers of compound

(1) The Commissioner or any officer of the Department specially authoried in writing in that behalf by the Commissioner, may in his discretion compound any offences listed in the Fifth Schedule by collecting from the person reasonably suspected of having committed the same a sum of money not exceeding the amount of fine prescribed for the offence.

(2) The Ruler in Council may make rules prescribing the procedure for the collection of compound money and the forms to be used in collection therewith and may from time to time by order published in the Gazette add to, delete from or amend the Fifth Schedule."
