Section 2. Amendment of section 2.

Section 2 of the Administration of Muslim Law Enactment, 1963 which in this Enactment is referred to as "the principal Enactment", is amended in sub-section (1) by inserting after the definition "Advocate and Solicitor" the following definition-

"Syariah Enforcement Officer" means the Chief Syariah Enforcement Officer or any Syariah Enforcement Officer appointed under section 29A of the principal Enactment.
