Section 13. Amendment of section 70.

Section 70 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting for the words "shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or with fine not exceeding $250" the words "shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to a fine not exceeding five thousand ringgit or to both.".
