Section 5. Amendment of section 19.
Section 19 of the principal Enactment is amended by deleting the word "not" and inserting immediately after the word "Enactment" the words "subject to a fine not exceeding three hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or to both".
