Section 8. Amendment of section 16
Section 16 of the principal Enactment is amended in subsection (1), by substituting for the words "the Registrar shall, instead of acting under section 15, refer the application to the Syar'iah Judge" the words "the applicant shall file an application in Court having jurisdiction where the applicant is domiciled".
