Section 18. Amendment of section 75.

Section 75 (1) of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting for the words "shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding one month or with fine not exceeding $300" the words "shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to both.".
