ENACTMENT NO. 8 OF 1995 ADMINISTRATION OF THE SYARIAH COURT (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1995
Section 9. Amendment of section 14.
Section 14 of the principal Enactment is amended-
(a) in subsection (1) by substituting for the words "Court of a Qadhi Jajahan" and "Court of a Qadhi Khas or the Qadhi Besar" the words "Judge of the Syariah Subordinate Court" and "Judge of the Syariah High Court" respectively;
(b) in subsection (2) by substituting for the words "Court of the Qadhi Besar, a Qadhi Khas or a Qadhi Jajahan" and the words "Qadhi Besar, a Qadhi Khas or a Qadhi Jajahan" respectively the words "Judge of the Syariah High Court and Judge of the Syariah Subordinate Court".
