ENACTMENT NO. 4 OF 1975 ADMINISTRATION OF MUSLIM LAW (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT, 1975
Section 3. Amendment of section 75.
Sub-section (1) of section 75 of the principal Enactment is hereby amended by substituting the following new sub-section:
"(1) No person shall, without the permission in writing of the Majlis, erect any mosque, or dedicate or otherwise apply any existing building or any open space as a mosque or for the purpose of a mosque or the reading of Khutbah."
