Section 14. Amendment of section 71.
Section 71 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting for the words "shall be guilty of an offence punishable with imprisonment not exceeding three months or with a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars " the words "shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine not exceeding three months or with a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars" the words "shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine not exceeding four thousand ringgit or to both.".
