Section 2. General amendments.

The Administration of the Syariah Court (Amendment) Enactment 1995, which in this Enactment is referred to as "the principal Enactment", is amended-

(a)

in section 2

(e)

, by deleting the words", Qadhi Besar" in the definition of "Qadhi" and deleting the definition of "Qadhi Besar"; and

(b)

by deleting the words", Qadhi Besar" in section 3

(a).
