ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1996
Section 13. Amendment of section 102
Section 102 of the principal Enactment is amended in section (2) by substituting for the definition "property" the following definition:
' " property" means moveable or immoveable property, money and includes intellectual property;';.
