Section 16. Amendment of section 73.

Section 73 of the prinCipal Enactment is amended by substituting for the words "shall be punishable with imprisonment for term not exceeding three months or with fine not exceeding $500" the words "shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine not exceeding four thousand ringgit or to both.".
