Section 10. Amendment of section 67.

Section 67 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting for the words "shall be punishable with fine not exceeding $1,000 or with imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months" the words "shall be or guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding four thousand r.inggit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to both.".
