ENACTMENT NO. 6 OF 1984 ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1984
Section 1. Short title and commencement.
This Enactment may be cited as the Islamic Family Law (Amendment) Enactment 1984 and shall come into force on such date as His Royal Highness the Sultan may by notification in the Gazette appoint:
Provided that his Royal Highness the Sultan may appoint different dates by notification in the Gazette for the coming into force of the different section of this Enactment.
