ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1996
Section 2. General amendment
The Islamic Family Law Enactment 1984, hereinafter referred to as "the principal Enactment" is amended
---
(a)
by substituting for the word "Kadi" wherever it appears the word "Judge";
(b)
by deleting the word "statutory" wherever it appears therein";
(c)
by substituting for the words "Syar'iah Judge" wherever it appears the word "Judge".
