The Syariah Criminal Procedure Enactment 1983 which in this Enactment referred to as "the principal Enactment" is amended by substituting for the words "Shar'iyah Courts and Muslim Matrimonial Causes Enactment 1966" wherever found the words "Syariah Criminal Code 1985"
