ADMINISTRATION OF THE SYARIAH COURT ENACTMENT 1991 (AMENDMENT) 1996

Section 8. Amendment of the section 10.

Section 10 of the Enactment is amended as follows -

(a) the word "Mufti" wherever appearing in the section be replaced with the words "Chief Syarie Judge"; and

(b) the words "Yang Dipertua" wherever appearing in the section be replaced with the words "Chief Syarie Judge".
