Section 2. Amendment of section 11.

Sub-section (1) of section 11 of the principal Enactment is hereby amended by deletion of paragraphs (g) and (h) thereof and substituting therefor the following new paragraph:

) Such other person who may be deemed fit to be appointed by His Highness."
