ENACTMENT NO. 8 OF 1965 ADMINISTRATION OF MUSLIM LAW (SECOND AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1965
Section 1. Short title.
This Enactment may be cited as the Administration of Muslim Law (Second Amendment) Enactment, 1965, and shall be read and construed as one with the Administration of Muslim Law Enactment, 1962 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Enactment") and shall, except for sections 4 and 5, be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of January, 1965.
