ENACTMENT NO. 6 OF 1985 ADMINISTRATION OF THE SYARIAH COURT (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1985
Section 1. Short title and commencement.
This Enactment may be cited as the Administration of the Syariah Court (Amendment) Enactment 1985 and shall come into force on such date as His Royal Highness the Sultan may by notification in the Gazette appoint:
Provided that His Royal Highness the Sultan may appoint different dates by notification in the Gazette for the coming into force of the different sections of this Enactment.
