ADMINISTRATION OF THE SYARIAH COURT ENACTMENT 1991 (AMENDMENT) 1996

Section 6. Amendment of the section 9.

Section 9 of the Enactment is amended by including after sub-section (2) the following sub-section -

"(3) The Ruler may from time to time by publication in the Gazette extend the jurisdiction of the Syariah Subordinate Court."
