Section 15. Amendment of section 72.

Section 72 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting for the words "shall be liable to be punished with imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or with fine not exceeding five hundred dollars or with both such imprisonment and fine" the words "shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine not exceeding four thousand ringgit or to both.".
