ADMINISTRATION OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS (TERENGGANU) (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 2008
Section 4. Amendment of section 13.
Section 13 of the principal Enactment is amended-
(a) by deleting subsection (1);
(b) by deleting the words "or (2) " in subsection (3) : and
(c) by renumbering subsections 13(2) and 13(3) as subsections 13(1) and 13(2) respectively.
