Section 6. [No Title]


Immediately after Part IX of the principal Enactment the following shall be added:
"RELIGIOUS TEACHING

Section 141A. Prohibition of Religious Teaching without a Permit

No person, save in his own residence and in the presence only of member of his own household, shall teach or profess to teach any doctrine of the Muslim Religion without the written permission of His Highness.

Section 141B. Issue of Permits to teach

(1) His Highness may issue a permit to teach the Muslim Religion to any person whom he deem fit.

(2) Permits to teach the Muslim Religion shall be in such form and subject to such conditions and fees as may be prescribed.

Revocation of Permits to teach

(3) A permit may at the discretion of His Highness be revoked at any time by notice in writing under the hand of the Secretary of the Religious Affairs Department served on the holder thereof, without specifying the grounds on which such permit is revoked.

Section 141C. Register of Teachers

The Secretary of the Religious Affairs Department shall cause to be kept and maintained in such form as may be prescribed a register of Religious Teachers who have been issued with permits by His Highness in which shall be entered such particulars as may be prescribed."
