Section 6. New section 106A.

The principal Enactment is amended in PART X by inserting before section 107 the following section:

Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan may, on the recommendation of the Islamic Religious Teaching Supervisory Committee, grant a

for the purpose of the teaching of the religion of Islam or any aspect of the religion of Islam or withdraw such
