Section 7. Amendment of section 64.

Section 64 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting for the words "shall be guilty of an offence punishable with imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or with fine not exceeding $250" the words "shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to a fine not exceeding two thousand ringgit or to both.".
