ENACTMENT NO. 6 OF 1985 ADMINISTRATION OF THE SYARIAH COURT (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1985
Section 2. Amendment of section 10.
Subsection (1) of section 10 of the Administration of Syariah Court Enactment 1982 which in this Enactment referred to as "the principal Enactment" is amended by substituting for the words "five hundred ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding four months or both" the words "two thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both".
