ADMINISTRATION OF THE SYARIAH COURT (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1995
Section 5. Amendment of section 9.
Section 9 of the principal Enactment is amended-
(a)
in the marginal note by substituting for the words "the Court of the Qadhi Besar" the words "the Syariah High Court";
(b)
by substituting for the words "The Court of the Qadhi Besar" the words "The Syariah High Court";
(c)
by substituting for the words "Court of any Qadhi Khas or Qadhi Jajahan" the words "Syariah Subordinate Court" in the proviso tp subsection (2);
(d)
in subsection (3) by substituting for the words "Court of Qadhi Khas, Qadhi Jajahan" the words "Syariah Subordinate Court".
