SYARIAH CRIMINAL PROCEDURE (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1985

Section 4. Amendment of section 43.

Subsection (1) (d) of section 43 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting for "section 92, 93, 94, 95 and 96" with "sections 7,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,17,18,19,20,22,25 and 26".
