Section 78 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting for the words "be liable to imprisonment not exceeding one month or to a fine not exceeding three hundred dollars or to both such imprisonment and fine" the words "on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding one thousand ringgit or to both "
