Enactment A6 ADMINISTRATION OF THE RELIGION OF ISLAM (PERAK) (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 2005.
Section 2. Amendment of section 37.
The Administration of the Religion of Islam (Perak) Enactment 2004 [En. 4/2004], which is referred to as the “principal Enactment” in this Enactment, is amended in the English language text in section 37–
(a) in subsection (1), by substituting for the word “Mufti” the word “Mufti”;
(b) in subsection (2), by substituting for the words “fatwa” and “Mufti” the words “fatwa” and “Mufti” respectively;
(c) in subsection (4)–
(i) by substituting for the words “fatwa Committee” the words “Fatwa Committee”; and
(ii) by substituting for the word “assent” the word “consent”; and
(d) in subsection (6), by substituting for the word “assented” the word “consented”.
