ADMINISTRATION OF MUSLIM LAW (FIRST AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT, 1966

Section 4. Vesting of property.

All property, movable or immovable, and all rights and liabilities which immediately before the commencement of this Enactment were the property, rights and liabilities of the Zakat and Fitrah Committee established under the Zakat and Fitrah Enactment, 1369 (1949), shall by this Enactment without any conveyance, assignment or transfer whatsoever become the property, rights and liabilities of the Majlis (established under section 4 of the principal Enactment).
