Section 19. Amendment of section 76.

Section 76 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting for the words "shall be punishable with imprisonment not exceeding six months or with fine not exceeding $1,000" the words "shall be guilty of an offence and shall on conviction be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine not exceeding four thousand ringgit or to both.".
