ADMINISTRATION OF THE MUSLIM LAW ENACTMENT (AMENDMENT) 1995

Section 2. Amendment of the Section 4

Section 4 of the Enactment is amended by substituting for subsection (6) with the following subsection:

"(6) The Ruler shall on the advise of the Menteri Besar appoint one person from the persons appointed to be members of the Majlis to be the President and one other person to be the Secretary ".
