This Enactment may be cited as the Syariah Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Enactment 1985 and shall come into force on such date as His Royal Highness the Sultan may by notification in the Gazette appoint:
Provided that His Royal Highness the Sultan may appoint different dates by notification in the Gazette for the coming into force of the different section of this Enactment.
