ENACTMENT A15 ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (AMENDMENT) (NO.2) ENACTMENT 2007
Section 3. New subsection 52(5).
The principal Enactment in this Enactment is amended by inserting after subsection 52(4) the following provision:
“(5) Notwithstanding any preceding provisions in this section, the Court may, on being satisfied with such application under subsection (1) and thinks fair and just, make an order if the hering of such application had been adjourned twice.”.
