ENACTMENT A14 ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 2007
Section 2. Amendment section 2(1).
The Islamic Family Law Enactment 1991, is amended as follows:
(a) by deleting the semi colon sign after the word “area” in the definition of resident and substituted with the words “or certified by the Syariah Judge as such”.
