Section 3. Amendment of section 11.

Subsection (1) of section 11 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting for the words "three hundred ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or both" the words "one thousand ringgit or imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to both".
