ENACTMENT NO. 4 OF 1992 ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1992
Section 16. Amendment to section 61.
Section 61 of the principal Enactment is amended by-
(a) substituting for the words "on the wife living in adultery with any other person" at the end of subsection (1) the words "on the wife commiting nusyuz"; and
(b) deleting the words "to or living in adultery with any other person" in subsection (2).
