ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (STATE OF PENANG) (AMENDMENT) ENCTMENT 1993
Section 27. Amendment of section 82
Section 82 of the principal Enactment is amended-
(a) by substituting for the words "The
hadinah
,that is to say, the woman" in line 1 the word "Anyone";
(b) by inserting immediately after the words
"hadanah
if" the words "such person"; and
(c) by deleting the words "she" and "her" wherever it appears in paragraph (a) to (e) of
the section.
