ADMINISTRATION OF THE LAW OF THE RELIGION OF ISLAM (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1960

Section 31. Amendment of section 175.

The following new subrsection is added to section 175 of the principal Enactment:

"(3) Members of the Majlis and the Religious Appeal Court who are not public officers shall be paid such travelling and subsistance allowances as may be prescribed. ".
