ENACTMENT NO. 8 OF 1992 ADMINISTRATION OF THE SYARIAH COURT (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1992
Section 2. Amendment of section 2.
Section 2 of the Administration of the Syariah Court Enactment 1985 [Enactment 6/85], which in this Enactment is referred to as "the principal Enactment", is amended-
(a) by inserting after the definition of "Peguam Syarie" the following new definition:
"Peguam Syarie Committee" means the Peguam Syarie Committee established under section 19;"; and
(b) by substituting for the definition of "Peguam Syarie" the following new definition:
"Peguam Syarie" means a Peguam Syarie appointed and issued with a Peguam Syarie Certificate under section 19A;';
(c) by inserting after the words "Ketua Pemeriksa Agama," in the definition of "Pemeriksa Agama" the words "Penolong Ketua Pemeriksa Agama," .
