ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (STATE OF PENANG) (AMENDMENT) ENCTMENT 1993
Section 28. Amendment of section 83
Section 83 of the principal Enactment is amended-
(a) by deleting the words "but shall revive upon dissolution of the marriage;" in paragraph (a); and
(b) by inserting below paragraph (a) the following new proviso to that paragraph:
"Provided that such right affects the welfare of the child and the right of
hadanah
revives upon dissolution of the marriage;".
