ENACTMENT NO. 4 OF 1992 ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1992
Section 5. Amendment to section 10.
Section 10 of the principal Enactment is amended by adding at the end of the section the following proviso:
"Provided that a marriage solemnized in contravention of this Enactment but in accordance with Hukum Syara' may be registered on an order of Court subject to section 38 (2).".
