ENACTMENT NO. 3 OF 1989 ADMINISTRATION OF MUSLIM LAW (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 1989
Section 3. New section 8A.
The principal Enactment is amended by inserting, immediately after section 8, the following new section 8A:
"Section 8A. Power to borrow.
(1) The Council may, wrth the consent of the State Authority, and on such terms and conditions the authority may impose, borrow any money which the Council may require to implement any of its functions under the Enactment.
(2) Any money borrowed in accordance with this section shall be credited into the Fund.".
