OF PAHANG (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ENACTMENT 1989

Section 5. Amendment of section 224

The proviso to subsection (1) of section 224 of the principal Enactment is amended by -

(a) substitung for the words "ten thousand" appearing in line three the words "twenty five thousand";

(b) substituting for the words " 'Mahkamah Seksyen' " appearing in line five of the Bahasa Malaysia text the words " 'Mahkamah Sesyen' "; and

(c) substituting for the word ' "President" ' appearing in line five the words ' "Sessions Court Judge" '.
