Section 4. Amendment of section 136

Section 136 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting for the words ''one hundred ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding fifteen days'' the words ''five thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years or to both and to whipping of not more than six strokes''.
