ADMINISTRATION OF THE RELIGION OF ISLAM (PERAK) (AMENDMENT) ENACTMENT 2009

Section 3. Amendment of section 16

Section 16 of the principal Enactment is amended by substituting subsections (1) and (2) respectively with the following subsections:

“(1) There shall be a Chief Executive Officer of the Majlis appointed by Duli Yang Maha Mulia Sultan.

(2) The Chief Executive Officer shall be the Secretary and the Administrator of the Majlis and shall be responsible for carrying out the policies and resolutions of the Majlis.”.
