Section 14. Amendment of section 48

Section 48 of the principal Enactment is of section 48 amended-

(a) by substituting the word "perkelahiran" with the word" perkelahian" in line 1 and 2 in the Bahasa Malaysia text of subsection (1); and

(b) by adding immediately after subsection (6) the following new subsection (7):

"(7) No person shall appear or act for any party before the

Hakam

other than a close member of his or her family without the leave of the

Hakam.
